Nudelman Fine Illustrators is proud to offer the finest examples of original paintings by American artists from the "Golden Age of Illustration" (principally 1880-1930). We have a special emphasis on women artists from the Brandywine School of Art, students of Howard Pyle, such as Jessie Willcox Smith, Elizabeth Shippen Green, Violet Oakley, Ethyl Franklin Betts, etc. Edward Nudelman, owner of NFI, has specialized in this area for over 25 years and has written two definitive books on the art of Jessie Willcox, a comprehensive bibliography in 1989 and a biography with art criticism in 1990.
